Luxury Villa Technologies (LVT) is responsible for the complete design and implementation of electrical systems, home automation, and security solutions for Infinity Villas at Indigo Bay, scheduled for completion in 2026. LVT oversees project management, MEP design, and the installation of high and low-voltage systems. Our scope includes fully integrated automation, covering lighting, climate control, blinds, access control, and seamless integration with the pool and sound systems. We have also designed the security and surveillance systems for the entire property, including an AI-powered gate attendant at the main entrance. Through our expertise, LVT ensures a sophisticated, efficient, and secure living environment within this exclusive development.

Infinity Villas is an exclusive luxury development within the gated Indigo Bay community, spanning 12,750 m² (3.128 acres). Construction began in 2023, featuring 12 high-end villas with private driveways, two-car garages, and glass elevators. Each villa offers over 400 m² (4,200 sqft) of interior space, including two four-bedroom en-suite villas with private pools. Villa A has four en-suite bedrooms, while Villa B offers three. Both include a gym and entertainment room. The open-plan living area showcases Italian B&B Italia and Aclines kitchens with Miele appliances, seamlessly extending to 120 m² (1,300 sqft) of covered terraces, a heated infinity pool, and a jacuzzi overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
