Luxury Villa Technologies (LVT) installed a high-performance network backbone across the Marina and upgraded our operational offices with an advanced network and billing platform, improving efficiency and service capabilities. To provide seamless connectivity, they deployed a comprehensive Wi-Fi blanket covering the entire Marina, extending from La Palapa to the far end, including 300 feet into the Simpson Bay Lagoon. Additionally, they established a dedicated Wi-Fi signal, enabling yachts to connect via fiber or copper for reliable, high-speed internet access. These upgrades significantly enhance the experience for both our team and valued yacht owners, ensuring a state-of-the-art, future-ready network.

Palapa Marina is a premier yachting destination offering 20 mega yacht slips with state-of-the-art facilities. Designed to accommodate sailing and mega yachts ranging from 65’ to 250’, the marina supports vessels with a maximum draft of 17’. Amenities include a fuel facility at every slip, freshwater supply, and electricity options of 220V, 380V, and 480V in single or three-phase configurations. Guests also benefit from high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout the marina.
