In 2020, we were honored to bring our expertise to Silcott Meadow Estate in Virginia after successfully delivering a comprehensive technical integration for the client’s villa in Sint Maarten, Villa Bella Vita. Impressed by our work in creating a seamless entertainment and automation system in their vacation property, the client entrusted us with upgrading their primary residence.

We delivered a tailored solution by: Enhancing the network infrastructure with Quality of Service (QoS) for optimal streaming performance. Balancing internet traffic across dual 1 Gbps fiber ISL connections to ensure uninterrupted 4K streaming. Automating media management for an intuitive and unified experience.

The project successfully delivered a high-performance, scalable media system tailored to the client's needs. With the ability to handle 12 simultaneous 4K streams from a custom Plex server, the solution seamlessly integrates the client’s extensive media library and preferred streaming platforms. The result is a smooth, uninterrupted entertainment experience across the estate, ensuring all users can access high-quality content without lag or buffering. Additionally, this project showcases the ability to replicate and scale innovative solutions across multiple properties, guaranteeing a consistent, top-tier experience tailored to the client's lifestyle and entertainment demands.
