Summary

The scope of work included the full design, implementation, and finalization of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure operational reliability and compliance with industry standards. The ICT backbone network was upgraded to ensure connectivity and support advanced technology solutions. Vendor and contractor management was conducted throughout the project to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of services. Additionally, the parking lot was finalized, enhancing accessibility and usability for visitors and staff. A secure document handling system was installed to manage sensitive documents, ensuring data protection and operational efficiency. Efficient logistics and operational workflows were designed for the Public Service Center to optimize service delivery and resource utilization. End-to-end project management was provided to ensure the project was completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Features

Office building for 600 fulltime employees housing the Government of Sint Maarten. The building was partially finished 8 years ago and stood empty. Financed by the new owner of the building, with intense input from the users. The mandate was to finish the New Government Building to be used in 4 months.

Design & Technology Contribution by LVT

Luxury Villa Technologies served as the Project Director, leading a dedicated 5-member team to successfully complete the project. The team finalized all outstanding systems, construction, paving, and interior work, ensuring the facility was fully operational. Additionally, we designed an efficient customer flow for the Public Service Center to enhance functionality and user experience. Critical systems, including the electrical network, IT backbone, fire suppression systems, plumbing, and access management, were thoroughly verified, repaired, and upgraded. Our comprehensive approach ensured the project was completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
