LVT delivered a cutting-edge solution tailored to the owners' requests, including a state-of-the-art security system, sound systems throughout common areas, and SONOS audio paired with Samsung Smart TVs in the bathrooms. A surround-sound system was installed for the living room TV area, enhancing entertainment. To ensure high-speed and reliable connectivity, we integrated two Starlink connections alongside a local wireless ISP for redundancy, complemented by full property-wide Wi-Fi 6E coverage. Exterior doors were secured with advanced access control, seamlessly integrated for effortless management and a luxurious living experience.

For this luxury villa, LVT delivered seamless home automation and system integration using Control4. A state-of-the-art security system, multi-zone sound in common areas, SONOS audio with Samsung Smart TVs in bathrooms, and a living room surround-sound system were unified into one platform. High-speed connectivity was ensured with dual Starlink connections, a local ISP for redundancy, and full-property Wi-Fi 6E. Exterior doors were secured with advanced access control, all centrally managed for a secure, connected, and luxurious living experience.

Once completed, all technical system will be controllable and accessible via the Control 4 app, from anywhere in the world as long as there is Internet access.

Continuous upgrades are taking place as we come closer to the delivery date, such as the change from Apple TV to Amazon Firesticks 4K+ to provide enhanced control and user experience.
